EX-Paver and EX-Ground are additions to the existing Reztec rubber flooring line from Expanko. Made from recycled rubber, EX-Paver and EX-Ground are suitable for both interior and exterior use.

EX-Paver and EX-Ground are manufactured from rubber granule material bound together with a polyurethane based binder. The rubber granules are 100% post consumer waste obtained from waste tires and waste rubber. The rubber and binder are pressed into individual pavers or tiles and are heated. The components, tire rubber and hardened binder, cause no harm to human health or the environment.

Expanko offers EX-Paver and EX-Ground in rust, green and black.

EX-Paver tiles are available in two sizes:
• 200mm X 165mm X 43mm (7 7/8” X 6 1/2” X 1 3/4”)
• 200mm X 165mm X 21mm (7 7/8” x 6 1/2” x 7/8”)

EX-Ground tiles, available in 1 1/2” and 2” thicknesses, are 24” squares joined using a hidden interlocking system.


Application
EX-Paver and EX-Ground are designed for both interior and exterior applications. Outdoor applications include: ground based construction, engineering construction, sporting grounds, playgrounds, gardens, pathways, terraces, recreational facilities including wet environments around pools, and horse stables. EX-Paver and EX-Ground also offer a safe surface for indoor applications such as daycare facilities. Extreme temperature will not adversely effect EX-Paver or EX-Ground.

EX-Paver and EX-Ground can be installed without any adhesive on level flat ground or a hard surface and both simply fit together. They can be cut with a band saw.
