Flooring. Only available from Expanko, Heirloom will feature a unique 1/2" (12mm) thick,
Class 1 Fire Rated, solid cork floor tile in standard 12"x 12", 24"x24" and custom cuts.
Finishes available will be only Light, Medium and Dark. Heirloom 1/2" thick cork flooring has a
proven record of performance in commercial facilities. With installations up to 80 years old,
Expanko is pleased to reintroduce this commercial, glue down cork floor. Historical installations
can still be viewed in prestigious locations such as the United States Chamber of Commerce and the
Harvard Law Library.

Expanko, Inc. Acquires Fritz Tile
Expanko has acquired FritzTile, a national manufacturer of flexible terrazzo tile products and the product line will be known as FritzTile by Expanko.
The announcement was made by Expanko partners, Paul DeJuliis, CEO, and Randy Gillespie, Senior Vice President of sales and marketing. "Our
acquisition of FritzTile continues our pledge to build a collection of products which are safe materials for living and work environments," Gillespie
said. "Expanko has become known for supplying responsibly manufactured environmentally safe materials and FritzTile fits this template with a
product that has low emissions, does not burn, lasts for the life of the project and contributes positively to a safe working environment."
