5 Year Commercial/Residential Warranty
Limited Warranty - Manufacturing Defects
All Expanko Resilient Flooring products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Final inspection and approval is the customer’s responsibility. The customer must approve and verify pattern(s) and color(s) as correct before installation. Expanko Resilient Flooring is not responsible and will not accept claims for the installation of incorrect or visually defective material or material that does not meet customer expectations in terms of color consistency or variation. Reztec and Reztec Chunks are subject to surface blade (knife) marks. Knife marks are not considered defects. Installation of material shall be deemed confirmation of pattern, color, appearance, and all other visual factors including but not limited to squareness and thickness.
Expanko Resilient Flooring warrants for a period of five (5) years after installation that its Reztec flooring is free from manufacturing defects. This limited warranty shall be available only to the original customer who purchased the Reztec product.

Custom color and water jet cutting provide endless possibilities for incorporating Reztec Rubber flooring into any design. Custom blended patterns can be created with a pre-determined selection of colored rubber granules.
While standard sizes are available, Reztec Rubber flooring can also be waterjet cut into custom shapes and dimensions. Create a unique pattern or recreate an existing logo. Provide the layout of the design for a quotation.
